Manosplint Arizona is a low-temperature thermoplastic that provides solutions for those who are looking for outstanding drape with a very silky-smooth feel. The soft, conforming material provides great support and function. The Arizona memory is low to moderate which allows for easy modifications.

Other features include minimal resistance to stretch, excellent drape, moderate rigidity and will not bond to itself permanently unless the coating is removed.

• Memory: Low to moderate memory which allows for easy modifications and edge finishing.
• Resistance to stretch (RTS): Minimal resistance to stretch means that this soft material should be handled with care, using smooth strokes during molding. Conforms very easily.
• Drape: Very drapeable material. Only moderate pressure required for a conforming fit.
• Rigidity: Moderate. Strong material but with a slight degree of flex.
• Bonding & Finish: This coated material will not adhere to itself unless the coating is removed. It will however, form temporary ‘pinch’ bonds during application. The material will mark and finger print slightly as its softness when warm gives it the more drapable characteristics.
• Colors: The base material is provided in white
• Perforations: Available in solid or 1% perforation options.
